Spam being sent through my server?

I have the idea that spam is being sent through my server.
I found this in my exim log:

2007-01-26 13:49:05 1HA9PX-00029Y-HG => reservations@vilasol.pt F=<blcc@blcc.nl> R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp S=3569 H=vilasol1.vilasol.pt [83.240.139.46]* C="250 Ok"

I deleted the blcc account from my server but I still see these messages appear in the Exim main log.

Can you give me an advice how to stop this?

Well that shows that a script running blcc sent one email to that reservations address. Are you seeing lots of these?

If so are they still saying they're from blcc? I don't see how they could if user blcc doesn't exist.
