Where can I edit the Spamassassin config?

for example: how can I give 100 point's to email that has no reverse dns?

So users can add these rule to there user_pref s file?

but how does spamassasin works, is it posible that i make a rule somewhere that filter all users (if they heave spamassasin enabeled) and give 100 points to mails that has no RDNS?

/etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf or yourfile.cf (better if you make regular update) is serverwide ;)

this can be overriden in da panel user level
