Can not send or receive mail...

We have a big problem today.

We can not send or receive any mail with webmail or Outlook...

Please help me where is the problem about this problem :( ?

I think , we problem with open relay :( but I don't know how can I stop or close it :(

You don't give enough information for anyone to know if you've been blocked as an open relay or not.

You can check here:

but first you must replace the xx.yy.zz.aa with your server's main IP#.

By default exim on DA is not an open relay but if you've added any domain hosted on the server to the /etc/virtual/whitelist_domains file, it becomes an open relay. That file should not include any domain hosted on the server.

I was test my IP and the results are OK.Only the IP is listed in http://psbl.surriel.com/ database.

is it problem for send or receive mails ?

Today the server is receive and send the e-mail from hotmail address...

OK...I was click Remove IP link from their web site and the IP was removed....
