Restore private_html preference

When a user is restored, his preference in domain setup -> domain.com -> private_html setup is not honored. DA reverts to using a directory named private_html even if the user has chosen to use a symbolic link to public_html.

private_html as a link isn't officially supported by DA; it's a work around.

I'll bring it to DA staff attention.
