What do some of you use? I have a client who wants to occasionally send out 30 - 50MB emails.

Stupid will be to allow that on mail server level for all.
Can be dammageable with load and antivirus/antispam and bounce of course.

mail is mail, 10 Mb is generally enough.
files have to be sent/retrieve with ftp then open an ftp account

OR

prefer free file service
like http://demo.ovh.com/?lang=en
