Annoying Financial Spam

We've been getting a number of spams from email with an image embedded in it and gibberish text after the image. The image shows a stock that the email is promoting, and like I said the text underneath is rubbish, obviously to confuse spam filters.

Does anyone else have issues with this type of spam and what preventitive actions have you taken.

I could block the ip but this is never from the same range, network or even country...

Using the latest spamassassin and spamblocker.
