Password Changing

May I know how to use the API to change a user's *LOGIN* password?

I know the user login is instead the linux system password, but i want to know if there is an API to change so.

The default email and ftp passwords should not be affected.

Dont know but I'd like to see the ability for users to get a password reset from the login page like all the other control panels. DA is the first CP i'v seen where users cannot reset their control panel password from the login screen.

Finally got it working at:

But I dont know how can he find the API CMD_USER_PASSWD.............. it neither exists in the API page nor the "new" API page.. :eek:
