Where should I upload my main site files ??
How to create resallers but with my Ips not shered server IP ??
How can I oversell only bandwidth fot my resaller clients ??

1) Upload your files into your domain's public_html directory.

When I login as admin and I click User Panel and upload index file to public_html but when I access my domain nothing appear !

How can I create resellers with IP that I want ?

I don't want my resellers to oversell I want I only oversell only bandwidth for reseller Packages

Hello,

1) Make sure your site is working. DNS propogation takes time, after you've correctly set it up.

2) Create the Reseller with one Shared IP (and none in their package), then manually assign the IPs to them after they're created.

3) Overselling is an all-or-nothing option for Resellers.

I think my domain is ready because I can login by using
www.mydomain.com:2222

but when I open www.mydomain.com nothing appear !!
and index file there.

I'm not too sure. Make sure the index.html file isn't empty :) Some .htaccess files might cause that, but for a new account I don't think so. The only other thing that might cause that would be if your server hostname is the same as your domain.. just something to check. Check your /var/log/httpd/error_log and /var/log/httpd/domains/domain.com.log for any errors.

/home/username/domains/domain.com/public_html/

replace username with your username and domain.com with your domain, then check you have an index.htm file.

I solve the problem it was from httpd.conf
we changed a virtulhost entry in httpd.conf
