Suspention while not at limit

Hi John,

I'm a reseller.
I have a problem yesterday as I got a phonecall a customerssite was suspended, while not at limit. The day before I had upgraded the amount because it was near the limit.
I couldn't get it unsuspended and the admin aranged that for me.

I upgraded the amount to far higher (used 7gb, set to 15gb), but this morning it was again suspended.
No need to tell my customer was not happy :).

Guess what will happen if that happens tomorrow again with the mood of my customer ;).

Please advise.

The issue is probably with the domain limit, not the account limit. As a Reseller you only control the account limit. The domain limit is controlled by the User through:

User Panel -> Advanced Options -> Host Additional Domains -> domain.com

From there, just select "Same as Main Account" so that it will use up whatever the account limit is set to.
