can i upload a zip file via file manager and extract it ?

You will have to do it from shell as this is not possible at the moment, see man unzip.

my service support Shell Access (ssh), but what is the ssh url? how can iget?

Well you will need an SSH Client, you should search Google for this. Your address is the IP address of the server or whatever the hosting company you are using has designated. Contact them for more information as this is beyond the scope of help I or anyone else can provide you on this forum.

Hello,
You can use a tool to convert your zip file to a .tar.gz file. After that, you upload the .tar.gz file and choose Extract in File Manager.
