whos killing my load avarge

y server has been crashing alot latly and i found out that somone ruing a scipt thats taking up a al0t of resorces i have tryed the top command but it doesnt help so how can i find out whos taking up the most memory.

ps -aux and check if there is any strange process or just a process taking high cpu time.

that is alot of memory actualy the most. i limited apache and mysql so how do i limit named
