I might have mentioned a few of these to John already:.
1.) Authenticated Relaying (so clients can send email via the server)
2.) The ability to create an FTP user by entering their home directory in manually (/home/<mainuser>/) then any directory.. this way if you want to have a FTP storage for a user, you can make a dir that is not accessable by apache
(i chmod 777'd the users directory, and they could no longer issue "ls" while in an FTP session :(
