Google Web Accelerator Bug

We have a client that could not login to DA. When he would login, he would just get a blank white page.

So, we got his IP, and run TCPdump on the box he was trying to connect to. He actually never hit the box.

He was trying everything he could think of to try to fix the issue. Turned off all firewalls, etc.

He ended up turning off Google Web Accelerator and was able to login.

I haven't looked into this any further, but it seems this software won't connect to port 2222.

Anyway, if anyone is having this problem, or has a client with this kind of issue, you may want to check that.

that was an old issue.

Indeed we have to shutdown google Accelerator before we could login to DA.

Well it might be old, but it was the first I had heard of it.. so new to me.. ;)
