Hi Guys,

I have recently moved from cpanel to DA. I have one question...well actually 2 but unrelated.

When i use any ftp program i cannot see the .htaccess file i have created, neither can any of the users i have migrated across. Is this a problem with DA or FC5 which i am using?

With cpanel each user gets an entry to ip deny manager. Is there anything like that with DA which each user can deny ip's??

Regards

Nick

I also moved from Cpanel but why would you need to see .htaccess via ftp? Whats the reason? Ensim does the same thing and likewise Plesk. Cpane is the only panel that displays it.

Well, direct them to FILE MANAGER. They can change it there. No need to have it available via FTP.
