da apache and php select?

And install MySQL from RPMs. (it can be done with http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=12099&perpage=20&pagenumber=1 script but it needs a bit of rewrite for MySQL 5.x)

Heh, no I have not :) For freeBSD read 2 of my first links and compile MySQL from source :)
