Host Billing System

Anyone know of a stable and supported billing system that allows for sign up, account upgrades, client account management the works... Looked at modernbill but not too sure if I still need a PHD for that system.

I am using Client Exec on one server and I find it a little lacking and not very intuitive. If it was not free I would not have tried to make use of it as much as I have. I find it crazy it is missing something like being able to have a balance (positive) in an account. However I have not used any of the other ones like modernbill or awbs so I can not say how they compare.

I use the built in billing system in hsphere for most things, it is quite nice and straight forward.
