File usage stuck on 18.7Mb

I have an account that says only has 18.7 mb of space, and no matter how much i add, it does not change. If i remove files it goes down some, but it won't go past 18.7 mb used. Even if i upload 1.5 gb file.
I have go in and had it recount the disk usage, and it still says the same thing.


Any ideas on how i can fix this, is it a DA problem, or a server problem?

I'm running FC4, fully updated.
