Logging in as my customer

As a reseller, how do I log in as my customer?

I know that admin|reseller works with the admin password, but as a reseller I've found out that reseller|user doesn't work.

I know I can change the password but I don't want to do that; I just want to log in using my password.

it should work.... are you using the reseller password?...

send an email to support@directadmin.com if it isn't working for you.

I discovered a moment ago that my records were wrong; I was trying to log in with the wrong reseller :( .

Fixed now.
