Users cannot create databases

I am the owner of the server, and whenever my users try to create a database using directadmin they get the following

You cannot execute that command

Details

The request you've made cannot be executed because it does not exist in your authority level

Are you using the DA approved/included skins or a custom skin?

That error means the command isn't in the list of approved command. If you have 2 / charcters (eg, //CMD_something) it would cause it, or a typo, etc..

i'm using the DA default skin, but i found the problem. DA was not restarted after the last update, which was causing some problems. Forcing DA to restart fixed all issues. Thanks for your prompt response.
