Default Skin Re-Builds

With every new version release, I think the default.tar.gz skin should be rebuilt with a text file containing a Change Log, so skin designers know what files need to be updated. :)

Right now, I've just been adding comments to the version system about skins and uploading a new default.tar.gz.

If you see anything about tokens in any of the bugfixes/features, just get the new default.tar.gz and use it as an example. The versions system should tell you where to look.

I'd like to try and keep all changes to one central place to make my life easier.

I *could* add a changelog to default.tar.gz, but people can use different filenames, so they might not match up... I'll see what I can do...
