Hello,
I'm thinking about installing AWstats on my server. But should i first disable webalizer, or just keep both applications running?
I'm hosting a vbulletin forum, the daily load is currently between 0.5 and 2.
So what should i do? Remove/disable webalizer and install AWstats, or keep them both?
Thanks.

Hey,
I've looked into this as well, but I put that on hold for a while. The reason behind that is that
1. I want to do it correctly (yeah!)
2. I believe I understood that DA requires webalizer for some aspects of the daily processes... so it's not that wasy to remove it from the box (hiding it from your users may be easier)
a few plugins were written wich may be of interest to you, depending what your trying to achieve...
Just run a search on the forum for 'awstats'... you'll see how many results there are!
I installed awstats on multiple production websites before, but none running DA, which is what stops me... Though I will in the next few week try to replace entirely webalizer by awstats...
Hope this gets you started!
Cheers,
Seb.
