What is a reseller backup?

is this a reseller who backups al of his users or am i missing something..

can someone explain who en and what backup types there are?

There are two backup types:

System backup (sysbk) and and the user backup.

The reseller backup is a system for making multiple user backups at one time, so the reseller can manage user backups for all her/his users.
