change language for control panel

Hello, I wondered if anyone can explain to me in very simpe terms how I can change the language of the hosting control panel from english to spanish, for one of my clients. I am a reseller and webdesigner and use esecuresite3.com server. What do I need to do exactly

I don't think that replasing text with another is very elegant solution.

What if html-files gets updated? You have to copy-paste your translations all over again!

Full language support (to hard coded messages) is really needed! It's not so big job...
