We typically respond to e-mail inquiries within 45 minutes during normal business hours.

i have send a email to support for helping me to install DA, after sending a email in 8 hours i dont receve nothing, just to say, yes man we can install DA for you or NO we cannot install ...


its still avaible the 45 min response to email

Don't forget time differences involved!
I think the DA boys are on Mountain Summer Time or something like that which is something like 8 hours behind GMT.

Best have a check to see if its actually office hours over there yet before chewing their ears off!

May not be the reason, but thought I would say :)

i have send the email al 14:00 spain hour, in us was 7 or 8, but i dont receve nothing in 10 hours

Mark and John normaly respond very quickly indeed if it's during thier office hours.

I know that they can and will install DirectAdmin if requested to do so. I have made use of thier install service in the past and can only say they are the best.

It also depends on how heavy the workload is (how many requests before yours). Please put [URGENT] in the message subject if it's something you'd like us to look at ASAP.
