How to install imap on squirrelmail

IMAP is not installed on Squirrelmail.

IMAP is installed with DirectAdmin, Squirrelmail should just work. If it does not please give us the error you see as we might be able to help you further if we know what the actual problem is.

So how can i find enable this imap function in directadmin?
How do i use it?

IMAP is enabled, if not then your installation did not complete properly and you may want to write John or Mark at support to see how you can install just that section.

Thanks, but i'm getting this error in one of the program, SugarCRM.

Inbound Email cannot function without the IMAP c-client libraries enabled/compiled with the PHP module. Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue.



How can I solve this?

That is a totally different problem. The error states that IMAP has not been compiled into PHP and that is true. The IMAP libraries are not a standard part of the PHP compilation.

You need to install the prerequisites and then edit the /usr/local/directadmin/customapache/configure.php to include IMAP and then run ./build php
