Need help on installation

I'am trying to install Direct Admin for more then 1 week now. support or sales@directadmin.nl don't reply. So I hope someone can help me.

After I run ./setup.sh, it seems to bee okay. till the point the script need to download some daupdate file. The error is pasted below this line (the numbers has been masked)

It try's 20 times, and then the script stoped.


I have found on this forum this topic, but this is not the solution for the problem.

If I past the url in firefox, https://www.directadmin.com/cgi-bin/daupdate?uid=4x9&lid=1xxx7

it start a download right away.

Is there someone, please help me on this problem?

Hello,

That looks like there is a block somwehere between your server and ours.

Run:traceroute tera-byte.comto see how far you can get (we've blocked icmp, so traceroute doesn't work on our server, but tera-byte.com is in the same datacenter)

You could also try contacting your datacenter as they can debug network issues better than any of us :)
