Virtual domains not are showing

Hello, I have installed DA since 2 days. All is ok, but a have a big problems.

When I try see the www.domain.com I see the same "main page" of the IP http//IPADRESS

What can be wrong? My server is an subnet and have an internal IP address and an external IP address. Is this? How can make work?

It likely means the IP that DA thinks the domain is using doesn't match the IP that the domain actually resolves to. Often caused by external dns servers that resolve to a different IP.

Check: www.dnsreport.com to see what your www.domain.com resolves to, and compare that with the IP that the account is setup with.
