Website Backup Question

Planning for the worst, and hoping for the best, I figure it's a good thing to have a twice weekly backup of my two websites sitting on my PC in the unlikely event my host's server blows up.
I know how to easily create a backup of my sites. But how do I then get that backup file downloaded to my personal PC?
If I remember correctly, there used to be an option after creating a backup to download the file. I don't see that anymore in the Control Panel. Am I missing something?

Once you create your back up from your user account, click on the back up link again. Midway down the page, you should see a link that alows you to view your current backup. Click this link, you will now be in the users / backup folder. You will see your backup. You should be able to click this file and have it downloaded to your local computer.
