Problem with DirectAdmin : Apache and Backup

Hello,

Since Few days I have problems with DirectAdmin.

After create account, Apache doens't restart every time (normally when I create
account, Apache will restart)

And I wish make a backup for 1 account but the backup doens't restart...
Therefore I can't make backup...

Can you help me ?
