What are you trying to do ? trying to install a forum?
Ifso read the INSTALL guide or README

That would be the install guide for the forum software not Directadmin. Directadmin has nothing to do with installing a forum.
Some web hosts do include an automated installer application that will allow you to install a bunch of applications from within Directadmin called installitron (I think thats the name). If this is what you are trying to do and it is not working you need to contact your web host.

You might check the 'discuz forums' forums for help, or ask your webhost for more information. I dont think we can help you with this.

Ask your hosting provider if that have php enabled on your account. Because to me it looks like its not.
