I am planning on expanding my business and get new servers...

It would be great to have options to buy at discounts if you are buying at bulk (5 or 10).

Giving datacenters the discount is not a great option at this time, maybe when directadmin becomes as widespread and used a lot it would.

You can become a reseller of DirectAdmin and buy internal licenses :) There is no other way to buy licenses cheaper for servers in the one DC.

You absolutely cannot become a reseller of DirectAdmin.

You can buy Internal Licenses for use in machines you sell or rent out from your own data center.

That's it.

If you have multiple machines for your own use as a webhosting company that does NOT qualify you for the Internal License price. Look here (http://www.directadmin.com/pricing.html), or just read the quote:
Internal licenses are available to dedicated server providers or dedicated server resellers only. Web hosting companies must pay the above rates.
The above rates being the full price.

If you offer servers for sale or for rent, with DA install, and buy DA at the Internal price, then you're fully responsible for support; here's what it says right in every Internal License of DirectAdmin:
INTERNAL LICENSE -- This special license may not be resold or transferred. For internal datacentre use only. Please contact your server provider for control panel and system technical assistance. Please report unauthorized reselling to sales@directadmin.com

Just log in as admin, and click on Licensing / Updates.

Yes. The entire purpose of Internal Licenses is to use on dedicated servers.

I think the current method is best,

I own a large VPS Company and we purchase everything direct from DA even tho the datacenter we use offers them cheaper or in some cases free. We perfer to work direct, this way nobody can have a tantrum and kill our services like one site (Host-Dyme) did with our cPanel ones!

Yep, unless he is selling dedicated servers with it...

Internal licenses must always be sold with a server (reselling the licenses by themselves is not permitted).
