Hi
When adding domain pointer - the user cannot edit dns for that domain.
Please advise

Hello,
That's because it's not a standard domain and you don't get the usual features as a regular domain does. The DNS record can still be modified in the "Admin Panel -> DNS Admin" if needed.

So that means that the user doesnt have control over their domain(s) and instead have to contact us (me) to make changes on their behalf for 'pointed' domains ?

That is correct, I think you will find that with all control panels, aliases / secondary domains are simple 'add-ons' for the main account, not actually another account.

This very annoyingly From my quick little test, the answer is- no. Both the reseller, user, and admin can not edit the DNS zone for domain pointers through DA.
Perhaps John can fix/add this in a future version? :)
