CC copy of welcome email

Have you guys considered a new board for "customization suggestions"?

This post would fit in that category much better, but I figured this was the next best place. Is it possible, or is it possible to add the feature of CCing the admin of DA to the welcome email that is sent out when a customer is setup? We have had a couple users tell us they didn't get the email, and if we had a copy, it would be much easier to just forward them the copy we have, then to try and mess around with generating it again.

Good idea, and it has been noted. Someone also requested the ability to re-send these mails. We'll try to get this out relatively soon.

I think it will be really easy to track new customers if I also have their welcome emails.
This is an old post if there is any changes about this I will be really glad to hear.
I also want customer welcome emails to my admin account.

The feature to send a copy of the User's welcome email to the reseller's email account has been added and should be available for the next release. (Also goes for creation of Reseller and Admin accounts)
