subdomain error

i am trying to create a subdomain for my website but every time i attempt the following happens
Unable to create subdomain



Details
Error creating /home/marzie/domains/one-mind.co.uk/private_html/help
A directory component in /home/marzie/domains/one-mind.co.uk/private_html/help does not exist or is a dangling symbolic link

Hello,

Did you delete your private_html folder? Try re-creating it through the filemanager.

Through the filemanager, the path would be:
/domains/one-mind.co.uk/private_html
