IP to Name Based

Is there a way to change a site to Namebased once it already is IP ?

Hello,

If you're referring to the <VirtualHost> directives in the httpd.conf files, yes, you can set it up however you wish using the included template system.

/usr/local/directadmin/data/templates

Just remember to copy them to the custom folder and change the custom ones instead. They will override the included ones which will be overwritten with each update.
