Hi everbody,

at the IP Management, when i try to assing an IP to one of the domains i create at the user level, i only can choose the login of my account, so i cant assing an IP to one of those domains.

why?


if its not possible, what is the function of creating domains?

Assigning IP#s is a multi-step process. Several steps must first be taken by the system administrator.

If you're not the system administrator, you simply order an IP# from your hosting company.

If you are the system administrator first you assign the IP# to the reseller, and then log in as reseller and assign the IP# to a user.

A user can only have one IP#, so if you're using multiple IP#s you need multiple user accounts.
