PHP Error

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help because this is becoming a major headache.

For some reason, when I try to turn on PHP on my account it just defaults to being off again.

This also applies to my customers accounts - so at the moment PHP does not work and my site is down...

Any ideas??

Hello,

You probably don't have PHP access. You've have to ask your admin to modify your reseller account and enable it. This will allow you to set up PHP for your users. You might also want to remind your admin to make sure he has PHP enabled in his Reseller packages, so that other Reseller don't have this issue :)

You can go to your Reseller Stats to see if you have PHP enabled:

domain.com:2222/CMD_RESELLER_STATS
