What it going with DA ? very low service

This is the second month that you bill my credit card for lease monthly licence of directadmin and your automatically system don't update the expiration date of the licence.

SO , what is happen , I pay money on product but you don't supply this product , I don't need to lose several days of a month every time because you have problems in your automatically system.

Did you try to click on Update license?

The rest of us aren't having this problem or are having it only very sporadically; my guess is that it's a connectivity problem between your server and the DA license server.

Repeating streamservice, have you tried the manual update?

What did you get?
