If you're a reseller you should probably take up this issue with your provider, as they'd be the first place to go for help.

DirectAdmin v1.26.6
CentOS 4.3

I'm root of that server, after I change a user to reseller with dausertool, I found that reseller can not resend welcome email with new random password :(

I'd say get in touch with the author of dausertool; it sounds as if they don't do a complete conversion.

I am getting the same error message,
however I have noticed it since my last update to DA 1.27.2


I am also using CentOS
