User not getting welcome email.

I have a couple of users that do not seem to be getting the welcome email. Everything seems to work fine on my end.

Any idea what may cause that?

My users have not been able to get welcome emails either, just noticed today.

Hello,

Normally it's one of
1) hostname doesn't resolve
2) no reverse IP lookups on the main IP.

check the /var/log/exim/mainlog file for any errors.

Any other ideas as to what may be causing this? I had my tech guy look at both of these suggestions and neither have solved the issue. He is quite puzzled too :(

Your problem is more than likely occuring because of one of the problems John listed (99% chance) above. Look at the exim mainlog and show us the errors...then maybe we can help you a bit more :).
