Hello,
I don't know what is going on with DA company !!!

but I send alot's of emails to sales dept. and get ZERO response

The emails which I sent absolutly arrived to destination , I can see that the dept. read it

but again , ZERO response

if such low service will continue then I will must move to another contol panel

Dunno about you, but I get a response to every email I send within a few hours.

Heck, I sent one two days ago about a question I had with one of our boxes. Our converstaion is currently nearing 10 replies back and forth.

Maybe your email isn't arriving correctly? Try from a different address?

every thing is OK , I sure about that.
also I use application which called : Mailinfo
this app tell when my email was read and in which place in the world (by determining the IP of the reader)

100 % DA got my email.
but I got ZERO response.

also DA don't advertise their telephone number.
someone myabe know it ?

I downloaded Mailinfo but wimped out when I started the install. Ive had too many things like that bite me in the butt.

It's possible DA isn't getting your email; you should try to reach them through their secure submission page:

https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php

It's also possible they can't reach you by email; you might want to try giving them a public email address they can try for you.

Hello,

Finally I got response from DA sales dept.

but it was 72 hours after I sent the original email.

Was it over a weekend? Sales Department - I imagine that sale might be not 100% operational on the weekend and MAY only function during normal business hours.

Like most small companies, JBMC (the people who make and sell DirectAdmin) answer their email through weekends (though perhaps not as regularly as duirng the week).

In that respect, they (and other small companies) are better by far than companies that close the door and go home at 6PM on Friday night.
