Hey, iv had Directadmin for a while now, and im just gettin into it. I added a sub-domain about a week or too ago and everytime I try to access it, it doesnt work. When I looked in Directadmin CP Subdomain Management, it says

sub.domain.com Stats 0.00 meg Log 10 100 Errors 10 100
when I click Log 10 100 or Errors 10 100, it takes me to a blank page. When I click on stats it take me to a page saying

File does not exist

Details

You must wait for the stats to be computed. This will only happen *after* logs exist (domain must resolve and be used).

Info for Admins: Downloading a new webalizer binary
I have downloaded the new webalizer binary's but it still does not work :( Anyone know how to sort this problem out?

Just gotta add on that, iv found this

2006:03:17-20:09:42: *** Segmentation fault *** getlock(./data/users/admin/domains/lundy.me.uk.subdomains) : finished : User: admin : 82.18.181.18 : /CMD_SHOW_LOG : domain=lundy.me.uk&type=log&subdomain=gcp&lines=10 : (null)
2006:03:19-09:07:15: *** Segmentation fault *** getlock(./data/users/admin/domains/lundy.me.uk.subdomains) : finished : User: admin : 82.4.195.189 : /CMD_SHOW_LOG : domain=lundy.me.uk&type=log&subdomain=skullzy&lines=10 : (null)

Does Webalizer really run? Try running it from the command line through SSH if you get an error like this:

webalizer: error while loading shared libraries: libgd.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

See here -> http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=56

I hope this helps....

Phil
