First question

I know that directadmin is not availlable for debian 64 ... Is it possible to install a 32bits of debian on a 64 server?

For installation by your team what is the require system ? just a debian without apache php mysql... Directadmin will install all that products?

You can enable 32bit emulation.

You need just a basic installation with development tools. Do not install apache, mysql etc beforehand.
It's all listed on the requirements page.
