Account upgradeing and downgradeing

Question, say i have a customer setup on a 50mb package and they want to upgrade to the 100mb package or even go down to the 10mb package. Is there the ability to change packages on an account like there is in cpanel? Also if there is will they lose any information by changing packages?

They can absolutely change packages :)

Reseller Panel -> List / Modify Users -> click their username -> click "Modify User username" -> you can either select the new package, or you can manually set the settings you want. They will not lose any data by resetting the packge, the only thing that is changed are their limits.

To modify a User Package:

Reseller Panel -> Edit User Packages -> click a pre-existing package, or click "Add Package" -> change the settings as needed and click "Save".
