Hi just got my direct admin box, been used to cpanel on the admin section it says used bandwidth is that the exact bandwidth as i know on whm it only shows some of it and have to use bandmin to view the exact usage?

No. It only accounts for applications that DirectAdmin keep track of. The usage report under the admin level is through the network device so is "All".

is there a way to view total bandwidth usage?

The short answer is no for individual users but yes for the entire server.
