Change a user's reseller

I am interested in changing, say, user "bob"'s reseller from being "admin" to "support". How do I go about doing that? I can't seem to find that option in DA.

Do you mean transfer or move the user so that a different reseller owns his or her account?

i found the users.list file. is editing it and putting the account names in there safe? it seems to work well but just want to make sure.
