Hello,

I am installing DA on Fedora Core 4, what do I need to install with it?

If I use the graphical installer to install fedora what selection should I choose? Server, Minimal, Workstation?

Minimal. All you need is a base system with development tools such as gcc. This is mentioned on the install/requirements page and has just recently been asked on the forums ;)
