Bandwidth usage with transfer

If a reseller transfers his account with all domains to another DA server, does the bandwidth usage get transfered also?

i believe it should since all bandwidth usage are stored as files.

I'd like to know for sure whether or not it does. I thought it did but I'm not sure.

I have a client who restored a reseller account from another server onto mine and has then informed me that his bandwidth usage is very high for just the past 2 days.

I'm thinking this is because the bandwidth usage stats for all his domains was also restored onto my server. Can anybody confirm this for me.
