Internal lifetime license transferrable?

On your internal license page, it says "$89.00 / server (IP)", now does that mean if I change servers or IPs that the license is no longer valid? For example, what if I changed servers but kept the same IP; or what if I kept the server but had to change IPs (possibly due to a change in providers)?

I believe they allow it, although they (thinking how to explain).... they dont like dynamic IPs and expect to chnage your IP regularly :D

Im sure a one-off every now and then is accepted :)
