That is my services screenie - shouldn't the mysqld have restart and/or reload option. If I click stop nothing happens if I click start nothing happens. I'm using freebsd.

There are no reload or restart options for mysqld. DA can only implement what exists in the base system.

Does nothing happen at all, or do you get a screen refresh with the same pid numbers, or with different pid numbers?

Not sure why or how it happend but I ended up killing the process, like something something was stuck in cache, I don't know - then stopped and started and that fixed my problem.

That fixed my problem.
